Our client, a leader in their field, is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Your main responsibility will focus on the purchase ledger for the business and supporting the finance team
Specific duties include:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices (stock and promotional items).
- Preparing and posting weekly BACS payment run.
- Reconciling supplier accounts.
- Contacting suppliers for missing invoices/statements.
- Investigating purchase invoice/statement discrepancies.
- Setting up new supplier accounts.
- Raising POs of nonstock supplier accounts.
- Processing the recharge invoices.
You should have at least 1-2 years' previous finance experience, be IT literate and have a real passion to learn and excel.
