Finance Administrator

Would you like to work for a business that actively promotes its staff, offers study support, hybrid working and the chance to progress?

Our client, a leader in their field, is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Your main responsibility will focus on the purchase ledger for the business and supporting the finance team


Specific duties include:

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices (stock and promotional items).
  • Preparing and posting weekly BACS payment run.
  • Reconciling supplier accounts.
  • Contacting suppliers for missing invoices/statements.
  • Investigating purchase invoice/statement discrepancies.
  • Setting up new supplier accounts.
  • Raising POs of nonstock supplier accounts.
  • Processing the recharge invoices.


You should have at least 1-2 years' previous finance experience, be IT literate and have a real passion to learn and excel.

Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills are also required.
