HR & Training coordinator
Reed Birmingham are working with a well-established Manufacturer looking for an enthusiastic HR & Training coordinator with a can-do attitude, to work within their main offices just outside of Birmingham City Centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anexperienced HR professional that Is looking to get hands-on experience in a booming and supportive workplace.
You will mainly be working on the Apprenticeships scheme within the company, so experience in this field is highly desirable.
- Provide transactional HR administration support to all sites across the employee life cycle; such as maternity/paternity and adoption leave
- Ensuring all new starter documents are received and processed to payroll within deadlines
- Liaise with the HR team regarding training requests
- Oversee and utilise the Apprenticeship Levy, providing monthly updates to the HR Team
- Maintain the HR system with accurate information.=
- You will be joining a small sized team on a permanent bases, working a Hybrid model. There offices are based in Aston, just outside of Birmingham city centre
- Experience working within a HR setting
- Strong knowledge of Apprenticeships & Apprenticeship levy's
- Ability to demonstrate strong Excel skills especially in Pivot Tables, VLookup, Graphs & Tables
- Experience of handling recruitment administration
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Experience working within an office environment
- High level of IT skills e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel
Package and benefits:
