We're looking for somebody passionate about graphic design to join our family of dedicated teachers working together to unlock opportunities for young people across Sheffield


You'll need good overall knowledge of Graphic Design and be able to work closely with Personal tutors and Student mentors to ensure learners are fully supported throughout their time with us and ready to hit the ground running in the creative industry.


You will be carrying out the full breadth of teaching duties, including:

  • Delivering Graphic Design at Level 3 Diploma and Extended Diploma
  • Planning and assessment of Level 3 Project Work
  • Support colleagues with pastoral duties to give learners rounded support
  • Champion our singleminded commitment to putting students first.
  • Exemplify our values of Inclusivity, Diversity, and Celebrating Achievement.

After your first year with us, success in this role will look like:

  • 1st-year students with a target grade of Pass achieved Merit or Distinction by end of the year
  • Have built student skills to a high level in preparation for industry
  • Supported EHCP students to achieve grades which will allow them to progress to next level

Though ideally, you will:


  • Have a Level 45 in Graphic Design
  • Hold a teaching qualification (or commitment to work towards within 12 months of starting)
  • Have knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software incl. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
