Purpose of the Role

To provide proactive PA support to 3 Online Safety Directors within the Policy Development Team.


Key responsibilities- Proactive diary management for 3 very busy Online Safety Policy Directors, assessing priorities to enable best use of time.- Close daily interaction with the Directors - proactively flagging and escalating incoming issues and updates, and responding to changing requests flexibly and efficiently.- Organise sometimes complex itineraries, producing clear and concise schedules for travel and accommodation, arrangements for meetings, conferences and external engagements.- Act as an effective interface between Directors, their respective sub-group, and other internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensuring excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role- Ensure Directors' timesheets and expenses are completed accurately and in a timely manner- Provide administrative support to Principal recruitment and subsequent onboarding process- Book domestic and international travel and accommodation for Directors- Support the organisation of group/sub-group events, such as away days and large team meetings- Provide support and cover to other PAs within the Group- Flexibility to take on ad hoc projects/work


Skills, Knowledge and experience- Experience of providing high level support at Director level (or equivalent), including complex diary management, document preparation and minute taking.- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills- Proven communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels - external and internal.- Able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times- Proactive in offering or seeking assistance when workloads fluctuate- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other software packages e.g.
