Unlike other sales positions, we are not commission-based but offer a competitive full salary package with additional bonuses to recognise outstanding performance.

Starting Salary:
£26,000 (plus performance-based bonuses)

Responsibilities:


  • Directly engage with the public in various settings to promote our partner charities and brands, driving awareness and support
- as part of our rapidly growing Door-to
  • Door & Event teams.
  • Implement strategic sales techniques to meet and exceed personal and team goals.
  • Maintain a positive image of the charity or brand you're representing, ensuring all interactions are professional and engaging.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing impact.

Job requirements:


No Experience? No problem - Full training provided + ongoing

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about supporting and advocating for important causes.
  • Previous experience in fundraising, sales, retail or marketing is a plus.
