Do you have reception and office administration experience.


The Role


As the Office Coordinator, you'll be the personable face behind the reception desk at our London head office - the first point of contact for all visitors.

You will possess a clear, considerate telephone manner and exceptional organisation skills. You will bring with you excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.


This role requires excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to oversee the smooth and professional running of the Head Office, including covering reception, the switchboard, and facilities relating to the use of meeting rooms.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Office-based role working from Monday to Friday
  • Welcoming visitors to the office and ensuring all procedures are adhered to both pre and post visit
  • Ensuring a welcoming and wellpresented reception area is maintained at all times
  • Setting up for executive meetings, providing refreshments throughout
  • Point of contact if any facilities fail i.e., air con, lights etc
  • Managing stationery stock
  • Managing stock of other office supplies
  • Assist with office H&S requirements.
  • Point of contact for staff general queries
  • Assist with internal communication
  • Assist with travel enquiries
  • Managing courier/storage requests
  • Provide general administration support as needed, including assisting with the creation, production, and updating of forms, documents, spreadsheets
  • Assist with company social event endtoend management

Requirements:


The person we are looking for will be enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented with high personal integrity, excellent communications skills and proficient writing ability.

They will have previous reception and office administration experience.

  • Gets to the heart of complex problems and issues
  • Plans activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances
