**Graduate Accountant

Bridgwater, Somerset

Salary up to £22,000 + Study Support + Benefits
CV Screen is recruiting for a Graduate Accountant to join an established and well respected Accountancy firm.


OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The Main duties of a Graduate Accountant will involve assisting on

  • Month end management accounts
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Preparing VAT Returns
  • Assisting with general ledger postings
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Bookkeeping and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

  • Finance or Accounting degrees are desired but not essential
  • Enjoys building relationships and willingness to work with clients to assist them
  • A Desire to gain professional accounting qualifications, e.g. ACA / ACCA
  • An analytical approach and a problemsolving attitude
  • Any knowledge of IRIS and Xero would be a benefit.
