About us

Norfolk Homes Ltd, a privately owned house builder based in Sheringham, have been building quality homes across Norfolk for 37 years.

The Role

  • Maintain and manage the Managing Director's calendar, organising/booking appointments and meetings and acting as point of contact between him and internal/external personnel and customers
  • Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems
  • Producing and updating spreadsheets, the company database, and additional record systems and reports that the MD uses on a daily basis
  • General administration specific to the MD
  • Front office reception cover when required for holiday cover etc.
  • Occasional minute taking as required by Managing Director
  • Occasional admin for other senior members of staff if required
  • Previous experience as a secretary preferable
  • Excellent computer literacy is essential with full working experience of using Outlook, Excel, Word etc
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills
  • Well organised and accurate with attention to detail
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity on information gained through your duties
  • Excellent written communication skills

Working Hours and Remuneration

  • Full time role based in Head Office in Sheringham, Norfolk
  • 8.30am 5pm Monday to Friday
  • 25 Days Holiday (in addition to all bank holidays)
  • Company Pension Scheme
  • 6 monthly bonus Scheme based on both personal performance and company performance

Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year
