Customer Insight Analyst

Location | Workplace Policy:
Hybrid working from Manchester office

Salary:
Up to £45K-£55K+ a wide variety of perks available upon request

We are currently working with the number 1 retail group that continues to defy industry standards, and without a doubt is reinventing the shopper experience both in-store & online.

Having grown to now being one of the top names in the sector, they're now moving to the next phase of their plan and need an experienced Customer Insight Analyst to join their new technology and product-led team.

What will you be doing?

Uncover customer insight related data (percentages, churn, AOF, purchasing patterns etc.)
Evaluate sources and create a full view of the market
Communicate with external agencies and ensure insights are regularly transferred
Report on trends and keep on top of KPIs
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Merchandising and Digital teams
Build systems/processes that can transform raw data into actionable business insights

What skills do you need?

Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
Relevant commercial experience in either marketing, sales, management consultancy, business ops or analytics environments
Skilled with the following: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SQL, R/Python, Microstrategy/Tableau or Mixpanel.
Comfortable developing and maintaining BI reports
