About The Role:


Supervisor Groundsman/ Cleaner

Location:
Ashford, TN25 4BN

Salary:
£13.76 per hour

Shift Pattern:
Monday - Friday minute lunch unpaid. 37.5 hours per week


A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Supervisor Groundsman/ Cleaner to join the team and work at our client's prestigious site.


All our Supervisors must have experience supporting and influencing a small to medium team of cleaning operative whilst also getting involved in cleaning duties.

You will need to have a positive and can do attitude, and a real passion for managing a team.

**Duties as a
Supervisor Groundsman/ Cleaner: - Grounds maintenance including, hedge cutting, lawn mowing and general ground cleaning tasks

  • Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy
  • Performing general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping
  • Disposing of trash from bins
**Job role requirements as a
Supervisor Groundsman/ Cleaner: - Experience in grounds maintenance

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Preferably holding PA1/PA6 weed spraying licence
  • Comfortable working outside in all weathers
  • Comfortable working alone and in a team
  • Ability to prioritise and manage an everchanging workload
  • Flexible
