Description

Professional cooking skills are not essential; if you have good home cooking skills, this may be the job for you

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.45am to 1.15pm.

Please note:
the nursery is open throughout the year.

Responsibilities and Duties (Full Training and Support will be provided)

To organise, cook and prepare a healthy, balanced diet for children aged 0 to 5 years in accordance with the nursery menus.
Cater for children who have allergies and special dietary requirements and prepare alternatives.
Monitoring and recording of all information as required.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, health and safety is maintained in the kitchen.
To prepare a weekly shopping list
Ensuring the kitchen and equipment is cleaned and maintained to a high standard

Part-time hours: 17.5 per week
