What You'll Do

Responsible for the development and launch of rolespecific curriculums containing a blend of online, virtual and instructorled programs for internal Body Shops launching across EMEA
Develop and facilitate training for Body Repair Program technicians on inspection, repair, and service of Tesla vehicles
Develop and facilitate instructorled and virtual technical training on MET, aluinum and steel welding, aluminum and steel structural repair, and paintless dent repair, and support with the rollout of this training in new locations across EMEA
Manage the operations of the regional training hub including, but not limited to: training schedule, fleet management, inventory maintenance, daily operations, etc
Maintain close relationships with partner teams such as Technical Operations, Engineering, and regional technical and field support teams
Support local apprentice programs as needed, including delivering training, supporting apprentice mentors, and reviewing training materials
Share best practices with Technical L&D peers

What You'll Bring

Industry recognized trainer to Body Master Technician level minimum 5 years' experience
Experience in development of training programs
Knowledge of: methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
Advanced aluminum and steel joining experience welding, riveting, and bonding
Proficient in use of Celette, Car-Bench, and Car-OLiner frame equipment
Ability to travel
Must have a valid Driver's License.
