Homefix is a local family run company, established 6.5 years. We are hiring a Property Maintenance co-ordinator/Field operative. Optional Full or Part-time.

The applicant will be both office based and field based.

In the field as an operative the applicant will visit customer properties to assess and take brief for quotation purposes as well as carry out small repair works.

The operative will also conduct site quality checks from time to time as required and report back. You will also deliver materials to site when needed.

A pool van will be available for use in the field.


To be successful you will need:

• Solid experience in customer service/administration
• Competent with handyman type works and small repairs
• An understanding of building maintenance terminology
• Experience of computer systems and keyboard skills
• Ability to manage your own work load
• Strong customer service focus and sales ability
• Confident telephone manner
• Clean driving licence
• Reliable and trustworthy
• A strong work ethic
• Able to work extra hours if required to support the business
• A personable, friendly approach

£22,804.00-£24,196.00 per year
