The Role


The role will be responsible for the digital marketing strategy, including PPC, organic social, paid social advertising, SEO, CRM and the performance of our B2B website.

Success will be measured on the ability to cost-effectively engage, acquire and consistently move GTN's prospects through the marketing and sales funnel using a variety of creative tools and channels, as well as the role holder's ability to influence the perception of GTN across digital channels and performance metrics on our website.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance of GTN's website, ensuring conversion is optimised, and there's a clear strategy for lead generation and freetoaccess content
  • Build and implement digital marketing activities across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, Marketing Automation, Social Media Marketing, and site experience).
  • Execute tactics and projects within the strategy defined at the global and regional level, managing projects seamlessly through to execution
  • Work with the Field Marketing Managers to define an ABM growth strategy that identifies the most costeffective channels to influence and inspire our buyers through the funnel
  • Deploy an SEO strategy aimed at decreasing customer acquisition costs and making GTN the most visible player in the target segments
  • Provide actionable technical knowledge and best practices to the GTN's Marketing Team members and extended GTN functions
  • Create a testing and experimentation framework for continuous improvement
  • Maintain a clear understanding of state of the art in SEO, PPC, Social, Affiliate Marketing, Display, and Retargeting

Requirements:


  • Broad experience across all key areas: Web Management, Landing Page Optimisation, SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads / SA360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic display, daytoday website management, SMO, CRM
  • Handson experience using all major digital platforms: Google Ads / SA360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic display, daytoday website management, CRM, SEO, CRO.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including synthesising data from Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM systems (SalesForce, HubSpot, Zoho ), to build an endtoend view of customer journeys.
  • Run digital marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and Google, focusing on lead generation.
  • Update, communicate project progress to all stakeholders and look for solutions where necessary.
  • Enthusiastic, committed and motivated with the initiative to improve the current process and generate and implement new ideas.

Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
