The Role:

As Store manager for this household name, you'll be based in the Blackburn store.

Our client has built a fantastic reputation for supporting and caring for its people with a real focus on diversity and inclusion.

You'll be given lots of control to build your stores success, be imaginative in the way you drive footfall, and engage with the community that surrounds your store.

You'll be encouraged to try new things as you lead your team.

About you

You've got a background in consultative sales, the sort of role where customers need to have a chat before they buy.

Your experience could be in personal shopping, fashion, jewellery, footwear or similar. You'll be helping customers make decisions on gettingthe perfect fit.
You'll already have store manager/deputy manager experience and you'll have the commercial know-how that comes with that experience. You'll know how to get your team of supervisors and consultants energised and engaged.
For the right person, there's real potential to progress too.

You will:

  • Have lots of autonomy to deliver store KPIs including store turnover
  • Lead a team committed to exceptional, energetic and customer focused staff.
  • Build productive relationships with neighbouring stores
  • Support and develop your team
  • Take responsibility for the health, safety and wellbeing of your team and customers
