We are looking for a creative and ambitious Content Editor to join our exceptionally talented team (who also happen to be lovely people), to produce and edit high-quality, thought leadership content which supports our advisers in showcasing the value of the Collingwood business to our clients.

This role also involves working on Product Insights where you will engage with business leaders to create client-facing product and generate valuable market insights via research.

What does the job involve?


As our Content Editor, your role will be to help us develop our product offering, by delivering premium content and product materials to empower our advisers in effectively presenting the value proposition of the Collingwood business.

Our product portfolio encompasses a range of programmes, modules and workshops attended by our clients.

There are three main areas of responsibility in this role.


You will:

  • Produce & Edit Content_
  • Create and/or edit highquality, thoughtleadership content to showcase the value of the Collingwood business. This could be interviews, reports or featureled content written, audio, video)
  • Ensure that all content produced is to a high standard and to brief, house style and is distributed across our channels through collaboration with marketing and community colleagues
  • Monitor content performance to inform strategic decisions, identify key engagement factors and define benchmarks for optimal outcomes.
  • Respond quickly to industry trends by conducting market research, analysing engagement metrics, community discussions and social listening.

  • Develop Products_
  • Create and adapt product modules and templates for content used by our advisers to deliver our client work (this could include presentation decks and diagnostic tests ensuring they fit the brief and are meticulously edited and welldesigned).
  • Conduct and analyse market research and content engagement to understand client needs.

  • Generate Product Insights _
  • Support the Product & Insights Director with the scoping, design and build of product, and the development of IP for Collingwood to boost the value of the business (this could be interviews, reports or featureled content written, audio, video).
  • Provide support with Insights fieldwork, for example conducting qualitative interviews, programming quantitative surveys and carrying out secondary research.
  • Projectmanage the delivery of product to deadline, ensuring your work and that of others is delivered to schedule.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:
years' experience in a content / editorial-led role.

  • Experience working in b2b media or events (ideally).
  • Experience in interviewing clients for product feedback and/or working on Product Insights.
  • A flair for storytelling and producing highvalue, highquality content.
  • Awareness of audience engagement drivers to inform content strategy.
  • Produced engaging, highquality content across a range of formats,
  • Experience with interviewing experts across a range of disciplines to draw meaningful insights.
