The Role

The University of London is looking to recruit a researcher for its University of London anniversaries project to produce an easy-to-use information resource for use by the Vice-Chancellor and other senior UoL figures on special occasions.

This resource will support and promote good relations with member institutions. It will be compiled using a mixture of primary sources (the University of London Archive) and secondary sources.

We are looking for a resourceful researcher who is capable of navigating complex multi-level findings aids and identifying appropriate excerpts for inclusion within an information resource.

Ideally, the researcher will have research experience and will be capable of working independently on a complex but rewarding assignment.

The role is envisaged as 0.6 FTE for approximately 26 weeks. It will be based in the Special Collections Reading Room, Senate House Library.
