Description
We are currently seeking a Credit Controller to join our accounts team at our head office in Malpas, Cheshire. This is a full-time, permanent position.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with all aspects of credit control.
  • Ensuring timely collection of all outstanding payments.
  • Sending out copy invoices, statements, chase letters and managing customer queries.
  • Liaising with departments around the business to resolve queries.
  • Maintaining good clients relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned.
To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Experience in a Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to make outbound calls.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced and changeable environment.
  • The ability to demonstrate accuracy in administrative tasks.
