    Technology Strategy & Transformation Consultant

    Description

    As a trusted advisor to the UK's Defence and Intelligence leaders, you'll guide critical decisions and shape the future of national security.

    About the Role

    You will lead the analysis of strategic options, design innovative business models, and assess commercial impacts to drive measurable outcomes.

    Using emerging technologies like AI, robotics, and advanced analytics, you'll help clients stay ahead of disruption and innovate with purpose.

    Your role will extend beyond strategy development to ensure successful implementation, managing the challenges that come with transforming complex systems.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead strategy and transformation initiatives for Defence and Security clients.
    • Generate powerful insights, leading high-performing teams and building strong client relationships.
    • Craft clear, persuasive reports and presentations to convey findings and recommendations.
    • Navigate implementation challenges and adapt as needed to turn strategy into action.

    Requirements

    To be considered, applicants must be British Nationals holding active DV Clearance.

    Requirements Summary

    • British National with DV (Developed Vetting) Clearance.
    • Background in strategic consulting within Defence & Security or the broader Public Sector.
    • Strong analytical mindset, skilled in data-driven research and generating strategic insights.
    • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, including facilitating workshops and managing high-level relationships.

    Benefits

    • Base Salary: £55,000 - £85,000 (DoE)
    • Annual Bonus: 5%
    • DV Bonus - £7,000 - £8,000
    • Flex Fund: £5,000 - £6,900
    • Health: Private Medical & Dental Insurance
    • Annual Leave: 25 Days plus Public Holidays + buy up to 10 additional days
    • L&D: Annual Performance/Salary Reviews + Training & Development Budget
    • Pension: 6% Matched Pension + Group Personal Pension Plan
    • Life Assurance: Up to a maximum of four times the Earnings Cap
