Exciting opportunity for an experienced communications professional to join a leading international litigation law firm as their new Internal Communications Manager.

In this newly created role, you would report into and work closely with the firms Director of Corporate Affairs to help them develop and deliver a communications strategy to engage staff behind the firms mission, vision and values.

You'll manage the developmentof all internal communication campaigns, from crafting plans to improving internal engagement, through to delivery.

You will work with key stakeholders across the firm's offices both in the UK and internationally helping them build effective and locally relevant approaches to internal communications.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a global internal communications strategy that engages staff across the firm
  • Manage and develop content for existing and new internal communications channels
  • Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
Experience/Skills required

  • Experience of delivering internal communications preferably within a global organisation
  • Experience of developing and delivering effective internal communications strategies, campaigns and content
  • Experience of working with external design and creative agencies
  • Excellent written English, proofing and editing skills, with experience of producing content for different channels and audiences
