Your Role


You will work across all departments at our distribution centre in Manvers (Rotherham), plus spending time at our Doncaster site to fully understand how our products go from the manufacturing process, to the distribution centre before being shipped to our customers in the UK and beyond.


The skills and knowledge you gain within your day to day role will be further developed through completion of a level 3 qualification in Warehouse Operations which will give you an excellent foundation for a career in warehousing & logistics.


Your Duties Will Include

  • Produce accurate reporting of operational performance and compare to company standards and targets.
  • Using the company warehouse management system, ensure that all orders are despatched on time and in full.
  • Produce and maintain reports in line with scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions and help lead the sustainability targets for the site in order to achieve net zero carbon.
  • Work as part of the warehouse team to ensure completion of daily throughput levels
  • Completion of admin duties including; Compiling documentation for UK/EU/Deep Sea export orders, managing external company portals, Document & File management.

Your Profile

  • Excellent IT skills and ability to analyse data and produce reports
  • Previous experience in a customer service/customer focused role
  • A clear understanding of Health and Safety Requirements.
  • Willingness to undertake any training required, including obtaining MHE licenses
  • Forward thinking individual.
  • Proactive, energetic, always searching for improvement.
  • Ability to work under their own initiative.
