We are looking for innovative, approachable Adult Care End Point Assessors to join our inclusive, supportive team and deliver exceptional experiences for our learners and employer partners.

You will join our business as a casual End Point Assessor, or as we call you, an Associate EPA, delivering aspirational assessments with integrity, approachability, and resourcefulness.

As one of our End Point Assessors, you'll deliver consistent, professional assessments that take learners through end point assessments towards the completion of their apprenticeships.

From multiple-choice question tests and professional discussions to observingthem at work, overseeing tests and everything in between, you'll assess to ensure their success.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to an End Point Assessor Manager, you'll be working with apprentices and their employers to plan, carry out and report on End Point Assessments.

Making decisions for apprenticeship standards and overall grades, you'll use your expertise to makefair and independent assessment judgments against the standard's grading criteria.

You'll also carry out administration and keep your sector knowledge up to date.

As an EPA your role will be varied and flexible and will include working from home and visits out in the field within the sector you specialise in.

Who you are:

You have a wealth of professional experience as an Adult Care Assessor or IQA and have worked as a Lead Adult Care worker.

Able to interact with a wide range of learners, you're empathetic yet effective in your tasks and a keen communicator, whether that'swritten or verbal.

You'll be confident working autonomously but also a keen team player. Your time management and administration skills will be second to none.

What you'll need:

As well as a proven passion for and hands-on experience within Adult Care and a Level 3 Lead Adult Care worker diploma or above, you will also have an Assessors and IQA award.

Access to a vehicle is a must, and you'll be familiar with MS Office and otherIT systems (training will be provided for EPAPro).
