We are looking for a Breakfast Cook to join our small friendly team in our 18 bedroom hotel, from 7am till 11am Monday to Sunday

Must speak fluent English, have good time keeping skills and be very reliable.

Will be working as part of a team and alone.

Part Time Hours are from 7am till 11am

Duties will include

Cooking Full Scottish Breakfast from our Breakfast Guest Menu

Cleaning down kitchen and restaurant

Cleaning common areas

Being responsible for cleaning and maintenance sheets.

Stock control of cleaning products
