About the role


Due to continued success and growth of Pharmaxo we are recruiting a full time field-based Regional Nurse Manager covering the South region.

You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the nursing team, ensuring the consistent delivery ofhigh quality, safe clinical care.

You will be accountable for patient case management and ensuring reporting requirements of NHS Trusts, customers and the company are met whilst ensuring you are complying with codes of practice and company procedures.


You must be able to show demonstrable excellent leadership skills, clinical competency, technical and professional expertise in relation to planning, organizational skills and adaptability.

You must be patient and customer focused with an awareness of thecurrent and future business requirements.

Through regular and active communication you will be a key member of our team by forging first class relationships with our Healthcare partners.


About you
You must be an NMC Registered Nurse with a current NMC Pin.

We are looking for someone who has experience in clinical homecare and who is also determined and motivated to lead and manage the regional nurse team.

You'll be travelling throughout the regionin this role, so a full UK driving licence is essential
