Job Description:

Salary:
£21,255 pro rata

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30 (30 hours, over 5 days)

Location:
Nelson with hybrid working following probation (3 months)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring team mailboxes
Sending contracts out via esignature and progressing these with our customers
Working out early termination fees for customers
Creating opportunities for sales
Resolving issues on contract queries or rejected orders
Working as part of a team against agreed framework, SLA's and KPI's

Qualifications:

Previous administration experience desired
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Keen eye for detail and ability to check own work diligently
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Must possess a tenacious attitude
Able to work under pressure against set SLA's
Keen to selflearn and develop skills
Used to working on internal CRM systems and databases
