Calling all compassionate and dedicated educators We are currently seeking a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our team and support our students with special needs.


As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher and other support staff to ensure that all students receive the support they need to succeed.

You will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to students with special needs, helping them to understand and engage with the material being taught.

Additionally, you will be responsible for helping with the creation and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and monitoring and assessing student progress.


  • A minimum of a high school diploma
  • Experience working with students with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well in a team environment
  • Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
  • Experience with behaviour management
  • Understanding of special education laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and take direction from teachers
