Starting Salary:
£38.296 progress to a maximum of £42,503 (pro rata for part-time)


Hours: 37 per week

Job Duties:

Are you a Health and Safety professional that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where you can affect real change?


If you are, then you can play a key role in ensuring that Herts FullStop delivers its operations safely, compliantly and effectively, enabling us to support our customers to deliver the outcomes our communities deserve.


You will oversee the effective management of all aspects of Health and Safety for the businesses working with managers, staff, internal audit teams and external contractors, to ensure we discharge our responsibilities effectively.


This is an opportunity to work in an environment that takes its Health and Safety responsibilities seriously and the role will require you to report regularly at Board level as well as be comfortable working across all levels of the business, auditors and with external contractors.

Experience with risk management, accident management and delivering training are crucial to the role.
