Looking for ongoing temporary work from January 2023, either on a full time (40 hours) or part time (up to 20 hours) basis? R13 CAN HELP

We are recruiting for x6 Business Support vacancies available on a temporary basis to start throughout January. If you are available for a month, 3 months / 6 months +, these are ongoing roles with no definitive end date

Location will be Dereham based, but the organisation has several offices across Norfolk, so there may be potential to be located at one of the sites closest to you.

The day to day:

Handling high volume incoming calls from customers/external partners
Identifying customer problems and finding solutions where possible
Booking in works/services to be done
Signposting customers/external partners where needed
Liaising with customers via live chat
Using multiple IT systems, maintaining accuracy

You will have/be:

Ideally previous experience in a call centre/customer service environment
OR possess face2face customer relations skills, ability to transition into an office environment
Confident telephone manner, empathetic approach to customer service
IT literate (including Microsoft suite) & open to learning new systems
Good team player, enjoys working in a buoyant work atmosphere
