Responsibilities:
- Creating vendor orders for stock and posting vendor invoices
- Processing customer Purchase Orders & updating the Opportunities. Invoicing customers and dealing with queries
- Processing quotes generated by the Sales team
- Keeping track of billing plans/Proforma invoicing
- Packing/shipping goods for orders fulfilled from the office stock
- Provide general admin support and assistance
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problemsolving, cando attitude with an eye for detail
- Selfmotivated and able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good IT skills, including a knowledge of Microsoft Office products
