Responsibilities:


  • Creating vendor orders for stock and posting vendor invoices
  • Processing customer Purchase Orders & updating the Opportunities. Invoicing customers and dealing with queries
  • Processing quotes generated by the Sales team
  • Keeping track of billing plans/Proforma invoicing
  • Packing/shipping goods for orders fulfilled from the office stock
  • Provide general admin support and assistance

Requirements:


  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problemsolving, cando attitude with an eye for detail
  • Selfmotivated and able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Good IT skills, including a knowledge of Microsoft Office products
