Interim Payroll Manager
Full Time (Remote)
Paying - £200-£300 per day (Inside IR35)

Our client is looking to recruit an Interim Payroll Manager while recruiting a Permanent Payroll Manager to the business with immediate effect.

You will be responsible for the support all Payroll for processing and processes for this global business. The majorityof the payroll is UK and US based with some outsourced European payments required.

The client offers flexible working and can operate fully remote, although based in the North West is preferable for any office based meetings/training that occur.


Key responsibilities of the Interim Payroll Manager:

  • Process UK, US and other payroll using the ADP Payroll.
  • Work closely with HR and Accounting to ensure the payroll process solution runs smoothly.
  • Manage payrolls for commission, bonuses as needed.
  • Works closely with HR and Accounting to build a payroll process and solution for purpose.
  • Maintain monthly and transactional control reviews to ensure payroll processes are compliant with established department internal controls and SOX.
  • Identify and implement potential process improvements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and report against payroll processes.
  • Support payroll implementations in other jurisdictions as needed.

Key requirements for the Interim Payroll Manager:

  • Experience managing the payroll function for a fast-growing company.
  • ADP payroll administration required and integration of ADP payroll a plus.
  • Must be able to research and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Finely tuned customer service mindset.
  • Advanced attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organised in work and ability to meet assigned deadlines.
  • Ability to act and operate independently.
