RattrayParkin are partnered with a well-established and highly reputable private equity backed business in Lincolnshire, which is seeking to appoint a talented Finance Manager.

Responsibilities include:

Producing weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts, providing management with supporting analysis and recommendations to help optimise cash generation.
Managing the Credit Control and Purchase Ledger Manager
Ensuring systems and controls are developed and maintained to drive prompt cash collection and limit exposure to bad debts
Ensuring adequate PO systems and controls are in place. The Finance Manager will be tasked with ensuring the PO and PI approval process is efficient and effective.
Ensuring the team maintain supplier statement reconciliation
Managing the Groups banking, which includes trade finance facilities, CID facilities, weekly payment runs and bank reconciliations.
Preparing accurate weekly and monthly CF forecasts
VAT and Corporation Tax Returns
Manage Groups Insurance Renewals
Manage Payroll
Help Streamline the Month End Process
Help drive improvements in Business Reporting, promoting better visibility and communication across the business functions
Help develop Accounting Policy and Procedure to help ensure string and effective corporate governance
Assist the CFO in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts
Assist with the annual audit.
Provide ad hoc analytical support to the business

Salary is £45,000 - £55,000 + benefits.

The business is flexible and operates hybrid working (minimum 2-3 days a week in the office) but you may choose to see this as a relocation opportunity.
