The position:

Our business is growing, and we are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated team players to join our Customer Services Department.

In this role you will be supporting both internal and external customers, in relation to the delivery of their parcel and assisting our Drivers in locating delivery addresses.

• You will have experience of working in a customer service environment that is challenging and fast paced.
• You will have great communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with our customers quickly.
• You will have strong administration and organizational skills and be able to manage multiple priorities.

• You will have the ability to problem solve and seek solutions.
• You will be able to spot opportunities.

Hours of Work and Package:

• 40 hours per week(Monday to Friday), with a 30 minute paid break. Start and finish times will be on a rota basis between 7.30am and 6.30pm.
• 28 days holidays (including public and bank holidays)

Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year
