Who are we?
We are a Belfast based Luxury watch sales business who also operate an extensive social media portfolio worldwide.
We began in 2019 and have a fantastic luxury watch boutique situated in the heart of the 5 star Merchant Hotel on skipper street, our showroom is actually the old bank Vault from back in the day.
We also have a fantastic office in town where this job will be based, as is most of our now 12 staff members.
We also have created our own in-house studio here for our media team who are responsible for maintaining our YouTube channel which is now the biggest watch channel in the world with over 1.2 Million Subscribers.
Our Instagram has 126k followers and our owner Nico also on YouTube has 193k followers, as well as 1m on TikTok.
We have a young, energetic team with huge aspirations and goals to conquer the Luxury watch market, and we are well on our way.
We are now expanding due to our fantastic success and require a E.A for our CEO and owner Nico van der Horst.
Executive Assistant responsibilities include:
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing executives' calendars and set up meetings
Job brief
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers.
To be successful in this role, you should be organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to our CEO.Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organise and maintain communications for CEO
- Nico travels for business worldwide frequently and so flexible working times to support is required
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- PA diploma or certification is a plus
