Position Overview:


As an HSQE Advisor, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing expert guidance and support to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of safety, health, quality, and environmental performance.

You will collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance on safety matters, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Health and Well-being: Develop and implement health programs and initiatives to support the well-being of employees and mitigate occupational health risks.

Quality Assurance: Lead quality management activities, including audits, inspections, and reviews, to ensure that projects meet specified standards and client requirements.

Environmental Management: Oversee environmental management initiatives, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability practices, to minimize the environmental impact of our operations.

Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses, and develop risk mitigation strategies to proactively address potential risks to personnel, equipment, and the environment.

Training and Education: Deliver training programs and workshops to educate employees on HSQE policies, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Incident Investigation: Lead incident investigation processes, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and promote a safe working environment.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSQE activities, prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to promote a collaborative approach to HSQE management and address stakeholder concerns effectively.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HSQE management within the railway and construction sector, with a strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate others to uphold HSQE standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations, identify trends, and develop practical solutions.
