Job Purpose:

To prepare and oversee the marketing strategy while ensuring all activity is consistent, current and appropriate for the TMHCC brand, vision and values.

This role is to support all UK events and support the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Marketing Manager on implementation of marketing plans once agreed by business heads.
To support the Marketing Manager with events and to organise and implement all UK event planned activity and ensure all activity is logged via airtable.
Attend any necessary events in person, throughout the UK
Support the Marketing Manager with the UK Marketing and Communications budget.
Support the Marketing Manager in maintaining corporate guidelines for International.
Ensure all Marketing outputs are brand compliant.
Support the Marketing Manager in managing the TMHCC International section of the Company website.
Work closely with the Communications team to achieve campaign goals via social and other communications channels.
Support agency and supplier relationship with the communications team.
To work collaboratively with the Communications team to ensure that all projects are in line with the Marketing Strategy.
To work on updating any documents from the Business units.
Working with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure that the intranet is updated with relevant marketing information.
Work with the Marketing Manager on all compliance and data protection regulations from GDPR, Trademark License Agreements, and ensuring relevant forms are completed and renewed on a yearly basis.
Work with the team assistant to ensure all merchandise is ordered correctly for the UK offices.

Skills and Experience Specification:

Essential:

Highly articulate individual with excellent written communication and presentation skills
Experience within a similar role
Related qualification(s)
Strong events background
Ability to deal with people at all levels
Up to date knowledge of Internet and Intranet capability, trends and potential
Strong time management skills
Good organisation skills
Excellent English language skills
Educated to at least A level standard (ideally in English) and with at least a GCSE (or equivalent) in English at grade A to B
