Description

The Admin Team Lead role is diverse and interesting, where no day will be the same; you will help support the secretarial and administration teams in both Gynaecology & Fertility.

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader, who will be able to look at improvement and efficiencies in processes, as well as support the team with other administrative tasks.


You will support the Medical Team with their rosters and new Doctor Inductions, working with a Multidisciplinary team while also keeping some patient contact.


Line managing of secretarial, administration and audio typist team, including managing planned and unplanned leave, completing staff appraisals and recruitment processes.

To provide full administration support for the Medical workforce rota, supporting the Gynaecology Clinical Leads & College Tutor. Supporting the Fertility Service with scheduling of clinical activity with their Clinical Lead and wider team input.

Providing administration support for key Governance and Business meetings, including collating of papers, minute taking and updating action trackers.

Pro-active in service improvements (as agreed with the Admin & Operational Manager) to create the most efficient service possible.

Deputising for Divisional Admin Manager if and when required.
