We couldn't ignore those Insta DMs any longer, so here we are After 10 years in the US of providing brides a fresh and modern experience with the coolest and newest designers, we are so excited to be launching our 1st international and 19th store in LONDON. We are looking for experienced stylists to join our small team, who live for giving brides a unique experience and helping them find their dream dress

You are

• Experience in fashion retail required, bridal experience desirable but not essential
• Wanting to work in a nontraditional bridal setting
• Warm, bubbly, positive, confident and engaging
• Genuinely in love with making others happy
• A great listener and confidante
• Someone who loves the challenge of finding a bride her perfect dress
• Obsessed with fashion and personal styling
• Willing to learn about our designers' bridal gown silhouettes, fabrications, construction and fit
• An excellent communicator and problem solver
• A funloving team player
• Selfmotivated and goal oriented
• Able to manage demanding situations
• Inspired by the Lovely Bride brand and strive to be a brand ambassador

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Work one on one with brides, maintaining an excellent level of customer service
• Guide brides through their dress selection
• Be an expert on product, policies and the Lovely brand
• Styling brides from head to toe
• Identify and communicate inventory voids based on client feedback
• Manage your own follow ups
• Meet and exceed individual sales goal
• Contribute to a warm, positive and inspiring company culture
• Willingly take on miscellaneous store tasks during down time or before/after appointments
• Be a Lovely Bride brand advocate, building our community and reputation beyond the existing clients
• Report to Store Manager and support where required

Schedule & Compensation

• 5day working week, Tue-Sun shifts

Compensation based on bridal experience level + commission

Salary:
From £11.00 per hour

• London, W1T 4HZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Bridal: 1 year (preferred)
• Retail sales: 1 year (required)
