The Role:


Registration - Bereavement

£11.53 per hour

35 Hours Per Week

Monday to Friday

9am to 5pm

Office Based - Nationwide House

Swindon

9 Months Temporary Role - Opportunity for role to be extended or permanent role

What you'll do:

As a vital member of the
Bereavement Registration team, your daily duties will be as follows:


  • Handling information from deceased member's profiles and generating all data required to provide to executors or solicitors

- No Outbound calls required and mínimal telephony responsibilities

- Heavy focus on Data Entry in all tasks

Keen eye for detail vital for the role
  • FCA Regulated

Using Office 365 and internal software systems to complete case loads in a timely manner

Comply to KPI targets which include timeframe of payments made and amount of cases actioned

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
