Job Description:


  • Ensure all works orders are planned into production capacities to meet sales order demands and maintain minimum stock levels.
  • Provide performance information as requested by the direct line manager.
  • Handle customerdriven sales queries and internal planningrelated inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Advocate for system accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Keep Sales and Production departments informed of any shortages affecting production output and implement necessary changes to the production plan.
  • Support new product introductions and engineering changes.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance to ensure accurate and uptodate data.
  • Adhere to company housekeeping expectations in the office.
  • Perform any other tasks or assignments as requested by the company.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fastpaced, industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing projects related to continuous improvements.
  • Degreelevel education or equivalent, supported by relevant experience.
  • Professional qualification related to Industrial Manufacturing Environment (HNC or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • IT literacy.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels within the business.
