As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts across four dynamic brands in the BVP Group.

What You'll Do as a Marketing Assistant:

• Compile and analyse data from social media platforms and websites.
• Update company websites with news and events.
• Create and send out engaging enewsletters.
• Develop content for social media platforms, engage with followers, and respond to messages.
• Write compelling copy for marketing campaigns.
• Assist with promotional activities, tradeshows, and events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collate content for company newsletters and magazines.

Desired Skills:


Proficiency in Social Media Platforms:

A strong understanding of various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube is essential.

You should be able to navigate these platforms effectively, analyse performance metrics, and develop strategies to optimise engagement.


Experience with WordPress:
Knowledge of WordPress content management system (CMS) is highly desirable. You should be comfortable updating and maintaining company websites, publishing content, and implementing SEO best practices.


Proficiency in Design Packages:
Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva is a plus. You'll be tasked with creating visually appealing content for marketing campaigns, social media posts, and company collateral.


Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

You'll be writing copy for marketing materials, engaging with followers on social media, and communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Creative Thinking:

We're looking for individuals with a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and content.

Attention to Detail:
Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial when compiling analytics, writing copy, and managing marketing materials.

Your Opportunity:

Your working hours will be 8:30 - 16:30, with occasional travel to other sites and locations as required.
