Busy fish and chip shop in Irvine (Enzos) seeks an experienced fish and chip shop counter assistant for a part-time or full time role.

You must be a passionate, hard working individual with high-level customer service skills.

We require someone who has excellent teamwork skills as you should be willing to work as part of a team in the shop.

If you have got any frying experience or have worked in a chip shop before, please give us some more info on this.

Full training will be giving so if you don't have any experience don't worry about it :
)


Key Responsibilities:

• Food preparation
• Serving customers
• Setting up the store for opening cleaning, organizing, and replenishing stocks.
• Assisting with stock control, including stock rotation and ordering.
• Cash handling, operating tills and using the telephone.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and adhering to Health & Safety acts.
• Any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager/assistant manager.

Salary:
£9.00-£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Irvine, KA12 8DL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- food preparation & handling: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Drivers license (preferred)
