Award winning property company is looking for a PA to support the Head of Marketing and Communications.

The role is within the marketing and communications department and the opportunity is a hands-on role supporting the Director of marketing and communications.

A fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to work in a marketing and communications department and get involved in all facets/ marketing/PR/communications and events, strong emphasis on digital marketing

  • Electronic diary management (Microsoft Outlook)
  • Monitoring and distribution of press/social media coverage for the company and the
individual assets within the portfolio via the press cuttings service and Google
Alerts

  • Collation and compilation of the quarterly PR/Marketing Steering Committee Reports
  • Manage internal marketing and communications meetings / keep team todo list up to
date

  • Writing material for the blog website
  • Proactive file keeping and management of all asset/investment information updates
  • Research and procurement of marketing and event related collateral
  • Inbox Management
  • Administrative tasks including organising correct payment process, raising purchase
orders, expenses, printing, copying, binding, letters, etc.

  • Assistance with stakeholder relations networking events and relevant introductions
  • Event management guest list management, invitation distribution, catering and
travel logistics for a diverse range of events; from investor and media to consumer
and local community events

  • Management of press and stakeholder database
Previous Experience Required

  • PA experience a must ideally 3 years
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and a digital marketing background
  • Strong and proven copy writing and exceptional proof reading skills are essential
  • InDesign experience (preferable)
Excellent company culture with an element of hybrid working allowed 1 day a week from home
