Description

We are looking for a Planning and Development Manager to join an independant planning consultancy based in Wiltshire.

You will be working with a wide range of clients from national house builders and land promoters to individual householders wanting to bring forward small scale developments.

At least 3 years experience in strategic planning
MRTPI accreditation or working towards accreditation
Effective communication and report writing skills

Your key duties will include:

Report writing, including planning statements, statement of community involvement and local plan and site promotion representations.
Preparation of site appraisals and fee proposals.
To support the wider team at planning appeals and Local Plan Examinations.
The role is predominately remote, however there may be occasions that you will need to go to the office.
