    Description

    A strategic role for a Commercial Manager has arisen within our company, Digitized Logos, Inc.

    This is a newly created position as a result of a significant, recently awarded tender.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in formulating commercial strategies, developing client relationships, and managing a QS team.

    Projects consist of civil engineering capital projects in the water sector with values ranging from £20M-£60M.

    NEC conditions administer these projects.

    The Role

    • Key Responsibilities

    • Management of a Quantity Surveying team for the following activities:

    • • Main Contract management and administration

    • • Supply chain management

    • • Cost capture and control

    • • Commercial Reporting

    • • Managing Risks

    • • Planning & programme management

    • • Stakeholder Management

    • • Cash management

    • • Risk & Value Management

    Suitable applicants must be educated in HNC /BSc Quantity Surveying or similar and will be able to demonstrate experience working at the Managing Quantity Surveyor level or Commercial Manager level within the civil engineering sector.

    Project experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or utility schemes is required. An understanding of NEC contracts and excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
