Client Insights Manager:

This role is essential to ensuring the voice of the customer and client is heard and actioned upon amongst key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities are designing, executing and managing customer insights to support definition of customer and client needs andto drive business growth.

The requirements is for a team player who has an ability to influence and use insights to drive strategy at board level.

The role holder must have a strong capabilities in using research tools and techniques to solve business problems.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Expert use of quantitative and qualitative research tools and techniques
Strategic mindset, ability to use insights to drive action
Analytical mindset, ability to turn data/information into a clear story
Great communicator
Financial sector experience (desirable)
