Description

A company supplying recording media, storage and workflow solutions are looking to expand their team and recruit a Junior Solutions Engineer.


As a Solutions Engineer your role will see you providing first line support in the escalation of issues, remote installations and configurations and contribute to the evaluation of software and hardware for the companies existing customers.

This position will be suitable for someone who currently works in a technical support environment or similar.

  • Windows, MacOS and Linux operating systems
  • Virtualisation: VMware, Hyper-V,
  • Cloud based knowledge: AWS and Azure
  • Interest in technology, TV and film production
- positive attitude towards problem solving.


With full training provided, the company are looking for an individual who can work within their collaborative and well established team.

This position is mainly office based in Central London with the occasional visit to client locations.
