Searching for a role where you can use your Admin and organisational skills _and_
develop your career?
This is your chance to join a growing business, assisting our Compliance Manager and learning as you go. Youll provide a high level of admin support within a small, friendly, team.

Based from our Waterlooville office with hybrid working or working remotely, this could be the career-enhancing compliance role that youve been searching for.


What will your day to day look like? Where do you fit in?
Typically, youll contribute to team meetings, update records, handle complaint processes and write outcome reports. You could be talking to a client, writing letters, or crunching numbers on Excel.

Using your IT skills and attention to detail, youll assist with the production of reports and Management Information and keep our compliance registers up to date.

Youll use your initiative and will be happy to ask questions during your day-to-day dealings with people.

With a variety of work you could be handling any of 100 queries youll get involved in complaint handling, policy writing and have the chance to gain qualifications.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Positive with an enquiring mind. Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills. Experience within the financial services industry or with complaint handling would be helpful
- although were happy to provide training

  • Meticulous attention to detail. Great people and communications skills and a good sense of humour.
  • Maturity and resilience. Willingness to learn and progress. Youll be adaptable and have a can do, positive attitude, along with the drive to make an impact in a growing organisation.

We work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. You can be based either from our Waterlooville office/hybrid or work remotely.**
