To start on the 27 th March - 2 months (high potential of being extended)

All work is on site at the University.

Adecco are currently recruiting for a
Porter to join a prestigious university based in Reading.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Member of the Help Desk team, logging maintenance and other job requests onto bespoke Estates software.
- Providing Help Desk and financial information to both internal and universitybased customers.
- Processing orders and invoices on behalf of several Estates departments.
- Processing of timesheets on behalf of several Estates departments.
- Maintaining the department's contractor register.
- Callout of designated external contractors when required and in a timely manner
- Deal with telephone queries from customers requiring the progress of work requests
- Ensure job sheets from Wren are distributed in a timely manner
- Any other duties requested by the Help Desk Supervisor and Contracts Administrator or the Business Support Manager.
