Efficiently supporting in financial operations and providing excellent customer service
The Student Finance Advisor is responsible for financial processes, chasing outstanding fees, accounts receivable management and customer service. The role focuses on providing optimal student experience relating to students financing their education.

Asa student finance advisor you will be introduced to BPP University students from the point of acceptance where your role will also be to assist students through the pre-registration process.


What you'll be doing

  • Providing an effective phone and case customer service experience to our University students by supporting proactively in their progression through our programmes.
  • Assisting and informing students regarding policies and requirements for selected finance options.
  • Providing proactive, timely, accurate and comprehensive customer service to students.
  • Utilising problemsolving skills to address and resolve student issues to ensure a progressive student experience.
  • Facilitating the processing of any loan partners such as Student Loans Company/Law Loan provider to ensure compliance with established regulations, policies, procedures, guidelines, and ethical standards
