The leading bespoke private water supply company in the UK is looking for a full-time Installation / Field Engineer for its Stirling facility.

The primary purpose of the role is to undertake the installation and servicing of a variety of water treatment plant and equipment.

These include submersible borehole pumps, booster pumps, holding tanks, specialist filters and sterilisers involved in the supplyof potable water. These will range from small-scale private domestic units to larger commercial facilities.

As an Installation / Field Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing installation and servicing works according to the agreed schedule and within required timescales
  • Undertaking installation and servicing works as directed by the Operations Manager/Operations Coordinator.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company and statutory Health and Safety Regulations at all times.
  • Undertaking other works (i.e., assist with drilling, followups, callouts, job preparation, servicing) as may be directed by the Operations Manager/Operations Coordinator.
  • Ensuring completed site visit reports, logs and records are submitted.

We are looking for an Installation / Field Engineer who has the following skills and experiences:

  • Technical skills
  • mechanical and/or electrical qualifications would be advantageous.
  • Relevant and demonstrable experience in understanding pumps, filters, and control systems.
  • Planning & organising skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence, (Trailer Licence preferable).
  • Team working and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and think logically and methodically.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail.
